New York Field Office, Operation CBP 230

On August 5, 1789, the brigantine Persis entered New York harbor- the first to arrive in the United States after the creation of the Customs Service.
230 years later, to the day, the Maersk Kinloss sailed into the same harbor.
Allusive to the 230th anniversary of such event, the New York Field Office decided to capture and commemorate the special occasion that has defined the way the United states has collected revenue, building todays great Nation.
