The U.S. Customs and Border Protection headquarters team competes in the Baker to Vegas relay race

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection headquarters team participated in the 35th annual Baker to Vegas 120 mile relay race in March, 2019. The CBP HQ team included 20 runners and 5 alternates, comprised of Air and Marine agents, Border Patrol Agents, and CBP Officers. The CBP HQ team was one of 284 teams competing in the race, which began near Baker, California and finished in Las Vegas, Nevada. The team finished in 4th place in the Open Category with a time of 14:05:17.  The Baker to Vegas relay race’s original ideals of the race continue: teamwork, camaraderie, physical fitness and competition.
